Compensation

Job Description

In this role, you'll work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement treatment plans for children diagnosed with ASD. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct care to children with ASD, focusing on increasing independence, skill development, self-care, safety, sensory processing, communication, and other areas.
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility assistance.
  • Participating in family and caregiver training sessions, empowering them with the skills and knowledge needed to support their loved ones.
  • Observing and directing direct care staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children, children with diverse needs, autism, or mental health diagnoses is highly preferred but not required.
  • The ability to pass a DHS background check.
  • Reliable transportation.
