Receptionist

Primary responsibilities are, but are not limited to:
- Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions.
- Effectively interacts with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare workers.
- Participate in coordinating office schedules, schedule patient appointments, & coordinate care.
- Demonstrate a high level of flexibility to meet patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Provide educational consultations to interested patients.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Office administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, checking patients in & out of appointments, and handling all medical records in compliance with HIPAA.
- Must react calmly in emergency situations and make appropriate and timely decisions.
- This position requires travel to all our locations (Lake Worth, Palm Beach Gardens, Delray Beach, Boca, Hollywood, & Stuart).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Organizational and time management skills.

- Self-starter and self-manager.
- Exemplifies strong work ethic and operates with the highest level of integrity inside & outside of the office.
- Courteous & respectful attitude with all patients, staff, and doctors.
- Physically able to walk, stand, stoop, and bend.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree.
- CPR/AED certified.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, or pain management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Proficiency in ECW.
