We’re looking for a motivated and creative Kitchen Designer & Sales Representative to join our team and help us continue exceeding client expectations.

Position Overview:
The Kitchen Designer & Sales Representative plays a critical role in engaging with both professional builders and retail customers to design and sell high-quality kitchen solutions. This position involves collaborating with the sales team, customers, and vendors to ensure a seamless process from design to installation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of kitchen products and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers, builders, and the sales team to design custom kitchens that meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary needs.
  • Use 2020 Design software to create accurate and visually compelling layouts.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of kitchen products, cabinetry, countertops, and appliances to provide expert guidance and solutions.
  • Solicit new accounts and foster relationships with builders, contractors, and retail customers.
  • Follow up with customers and builders to ensure projects are completed on time and to their satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed quotes, proposals, and contracts to secure sales.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitive offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in kitchen design and sales, with a focus on serving both professional builders and retail clients.
  • Proficiency in 2020 Design software is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients, builders, and vendors.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A deep understanding of kitchen products and materials, including cabinetry, countertops, and finishes.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to develop new business opportunities.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, time- and price-sensitive industry is a plus.
