Caregiver for Outings and Activities in the Community
PLEASE NOTE: Position requires Valid CA driver’s license in good standing and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance 

THRIVE AS A CAREGIVER AT SEVITA. EACH DAY, YOU'LL:
  • Provide support and companionship one-on-one with an adult with intellectual or developmental disabilities out in the community doing activities like: outings/field trips, activities and events, shopping and eating out, developmental goal-based activities. Individuals in this program are high-functioning and typically do not need hands-on support with personal hygiene.
  • Schedule: Part-time and full-time available; Schedule is very flexible - Shifts are in the late afternoon/evenings on weekdays and during the day on weekends - weekend availability is required for this position since this is when most of the outings are scheduled.
  • Pay Rate: $$17.27 - $18.50 /hour (depending on type of program) plus mileage reimbursement for using your vehicle for outings (you will get more mileage reimbursement with this program).

  • Valid CA driver's license (and driving experience with the license at least one year beyond driving’s permit).
