Client Relations Specialist/Admin Assistant We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist/Admin Assistant to create and nurture long-term relationships with our customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services. Promotion to higher level option with experience.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we would like to meet you.Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with key employees among customers
  • Create plans to address clients’ business needs
  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
  • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
  • Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs
  • Composes and types routine correspondence.
  • Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports.
  • Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
  • Greets scheduled visitors and shows them to appropriate area or person.· Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
  • Orders and maintains supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance.
  • Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.
  • Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail.
  • Assists with reconciliation of payroll hours with timeclock.
  • AR and AP data entry, invoicing, deposits.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.
Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and performs clerical work, administrative and business detail by performing the duties as outline below. There is room for advancement within the company.  Requirements:
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
  • Proficient in MS Office Word and Excel
  • Strong Quick books, Microsoft Excel and Word, Strong interpersonal skills, good phone etiquette, ability to follow directions and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • ·bility to work well with a team
  • Hotel experience a PLUS but not mandatory

QUALIFICATIONS: Microsoft Office, Quick books, Bilingual preferred

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Sit for up to 8-10 hours per day, must be able to lift 10-15 lbs occasionally.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Casual business setting.
