About the Role
Are you ready to lead a team, demonstrate bold leadership, and strategically elevate our guests' experiences? We are looking for innovative, enthusiastic, and visionary General Managers to join our team, bringing our delicious options to various locations throughout the Wendell, NC area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, such as profit and loss statements, payroll, budgeting, sanitation, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory to ensure peak product quality.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated team of 15-25 staff members.
- Implement local marketing efforts to enhance store visibility and community engagement.
- Drive and sustain growth in sales and store profitability.
- Commit to delivering unparalleled five-star customer service consistently.
- Attractive salary up to $60,000 with scope for higher earnings based on experience and performance.
- Potential to earn monthly bonuses
- Generous paid time off, up to 15 days annually.
- Enjoy holidays with store closures on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate various schedules.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to navigate and operate within confined spaces, involving bending, stooping, kneeling, and overhead lifting.
- Required to stand and remain active for 8 to 10 hours per shift.
- Willingness to work various hours and roles to ensure store success.
