What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to surpass revenue targets.
  • Lead and motivate a dedicated sales team toward achieving collective and individual goals.
  • Foster robust relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction maintained.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to seize growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Enhance team productivity and performance through the implementation and refinement of sales processes, tools, and training programs.
  • Provide regular insights through sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • A proven track record in SaaS sales leadership, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of the B2B dining services product market, encompassing both contract management operators and self-operators, along with relevant industry trends.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a knack for motivating and guiding sales teams.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, vital for fostering and maintaining client relationships.
  • A strategic problem-solver capable of crafting and executing effective sales strategies.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a keen focus on propelling business growth.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000 annually, with placement within the range determined by job responsibilities, geographic location, relevant experience, and other factors. This base salary is just one component of a comprehensive compensation package, which may also include commissions, bonuses, or other variable compensation based on eligibility and position requirements.
