Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP BRIM Architect to join our team. The SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP BRIM solutions to meet the needs of our business and clients. This role requires deep expertise in SAP BRIM components, a strong understanding of billing and revenue processes, and the ability to collaborate across various business and IT teams to drive transformation initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture:
  • Design and architect SAP BRIM solutions, aligning with business requirements and industry best practices 
  • Define integration strategies between SAP BRIM and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, FI-CA, CRM) and non-SAP systems.
Implementation and Customization:
  • Lead the implementation of SAP BRIM, including Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA). 
  • Oversee system configuration, customization, and enhancements. 
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify needs, define requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. 
  • Work closely with development teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors to ensure project success.

Project Leadership:
  • Provide technical leadership and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members and provide training to end-users as needed.

Optimization and Innovation:
  •  Analyze and optimize existing SAP BRIM solutions to improve performance and scalability.
  •  Stay current on SAP BRIM updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Compliance and Governance:
  • Ensure that all SAP BRIM implementations comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key QualificationsEducation: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP solution design and architecture 
  • Proven expertise in SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI, CC, FI-CA). 
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with SAP CRM or C/4HANA. 
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end SAP BRIM implementations, including hands-on configuration and development.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP BRIM architecture, processes, and tools.
  • Strong understanding of SAP integration (APIs, middleware, OData, and IDocs).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. 
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., SAP BTP, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  •  Effective leadership and team management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP BRIM certification.
  • Experience with industries such as telecommunications, utilities, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Knowledge of financial and regulatory compliance standards, including IFRS and SOX.
