Sylvania, United States In Balance Bookkeeping Solutions LLC Part time $14 - $17
This is a part-time position that would include in-office duties such as: 
  • Assist in answering telephones, taking messages, and providing general information.
  • Greets and directs visitors.
  • Answers routine inquiries; maintains a log of inquiries as required.
  • Maintain employee payroll entries once a week.
  • Invoice biweekly and all accounts receivable. 
  • In-house accounts payable
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online

Would include out-of-office duties such as:
  • Pick up and drop of to and from clients 2-3 days a week
  • Runs to Post Office
