Hartford Hospital is one of the largest and most respected teaching hospitals New England. We are a Level 1 Trauma Center that provides cutting edge treatment to its patients. This is made possible by being home to the largest robotic surgery center in the Northeast and the Center for Education, Simulation and Innovation (CESI), one of the most-advanced medical simulation training centers in the world. Job Description:
Supervises a work group to ensure that a high quality, cost-effective product or service is delivered in support of the hospital's strategic plan, and the function's goals and objectives. Reports to Nurse Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree and/or appropriate certification required.
- Specific work experience may be necessary.
- Minimum two years relevant clinical experience required. Experience leading employees, preferred.
- Strong communications skills required - both written and verbal.
