What You Will Be Doing
  • Manage a diverse caseload of Labor and Employment and/or Class Action cases, from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategies and legal arguments.
  • Participate in negotiations, settlement discussions, and mediations.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other proceedings.
What You Need for this Position
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in California.
  • 2+ years of experience specializing in employment defense and Class Action, Wage and Hour litigation.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, labor codes, and relevant regulations.
  • Proven track record of successful case outcomes and client representation.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
