A massively successful player in the promo products world is looking for a visionary B2B/B2B2C Creative Director to lead its design, branding, photography, and creative teams. You’ll take your impeccable storytelling, concepting and leadership skills and use them to elevate the emotional connection and quality of the creative team through modernized design and messaging across multiple media types. You will plan and oversee the development of company advertisements and marketing assets, while also heading up all brand campaigns. You’ll supervise, envision, and oversee all creative work and work with executives and other marketing leaders to set project deadlines, budget and content goals. You’ll have the birds-eye view on all creative direction for product and lifestyle photography, including video shoots. Plus, you’ll manage the full suite of digital assets – system and process, including taxonomy of images. You’re not only the creative changemaker, but you’re also an inspiring presence helping to mentor teams and bring out the highest quality work for the company.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in creative marketing or a related role. You’re experienced in conceptualizing and executing on advertising and marketing campaigns – from strategy, to creation, to presentation. It goes without saying that you have a strong design foundation, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to present to everyone from team members to C-suite. Management experience is just as important as your creative abilities. We repeat – you must be a strong, supportive leader with management experience focused on coaching and developing teams.

Your design knowledge should span the creative disciplines—from marketing automation platforms, to the Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on taking value propositions and messaging to market in a compelling and personalized way. Experience standing up a photo and/or video studio is a big bonus. This role requires a working understanding of any software relevant to the field, including graphic design, video editing, client billing, analytics, project management, and social media marketing tools.
