Job Description: Office Manager/Personal Assistant for a Fast-Paced Restaurant

Location: Pompano Beach, FL (Must live nearby)

We are seeking a highly organized, dedicated, and reliable Office Manager/Personal Assistant to join our fast-paced restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, restaurant industry experience, and a passion for supporting a dynamic team. If you're proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and good with numbers, we want to hear from you Experience in social media management and SEO is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Support the restaurant’s financial activities by handling accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll using QuickBooks.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and inventory management.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including email management, filing, and managing confidential information.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and personal tasks for the restaurant owner.
  • Ensure effective communication between the office and restaurant floor to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Handle basic social media tasks, including content scheduling and engaging with customers.
  • Assist with SEO optimization for restaurant marketing, if experienced.
  • Provide general administrative support and be willing to handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must live near or in Pompano Beach, FL for easy commute.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the restaurant industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and SEO is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic, punctual, and highly reliable.
