Our client, a reputable Travel & Leisure company in Miami, Florida is seeking a Freelance Senior Project Managers to join their team in Miami. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision, effectively interface with external teams, and manage projects independently. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in 360 agency environments and travel experience, ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion.


Responsibilities:


  • Project Management: Lead and oversee all phases of project management, from initial planning and scoping through to execution and delivery. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Facilitate clear and effective communication, manage expectations, and build strong relationships.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring all members are aligned and working towards common project goals. Provide guidance, support, and supervision as needed.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles promptly.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client requirements. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to maintain project excellence.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Required Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of project management experience, with a focus on 360 agency and travel-related projects.
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira).
