A leading Managed IT Service Provider in Manhattan is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales/Account Executive to join our team. We specialize in delivering reliable, innovative IT solutions to ensure our clients' infrastructures are secure, efficient, and future-ready. This role is perfect for a proactive professional with a strong background in selling IT services and products, coupled with technical expertise to understand and address client needs effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, aligning tailored IT solutions with client needs.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and technical assessments for customized proposals.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for seamless project delivery and support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and the competitive landscape.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieve sales revenue goals and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Acquire new clients and retain existing ones with high satisfaction ratings.
  • Convert a high percentage of proposals into sales.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and effectively collaborate with technical teams.


Requirements:

  • Proven Account Management and Sales experience in MSP, MSSP, CSP, or software sales industries.
  • Strong ability to understand technical solutions and align them with client needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and skilled in identifying growth opportunities.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $70K
  • Commission: 7.5% of monthly revenue + 35% of gross deal paid on receipt.
  • Bonuses: Monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
