Job Overview:

As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will evaluate IC products, packages, and process technologies for reliability, ensuring compliance with industry standards and suitability for end-use applications. You will lead device-level failure analysis and use statistical models to predict product reliability in real-world scenarios. In this role, you will manage reliability projects and support product and process development, including designing and selecting reliability test hardware.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate IC product reliability, focusing on industry standards and application needs.
  • Conduct device-level failure analysis for comprehensive understanding of failures.
  • Analyze test results, device trends, and apply acceleration models to predict field reliability.
  • Manage reliability projects for product and process development.
  • Assist in the design and selection of new reliability test equipment.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Hands-on experience in reliability test hardware design, dynamic life testing, statistical data analysis, ATE test data interpretation, IC failure analysis, and device characterization. Prior experience in semiconductor reliability is essential.
  • Preferred Expertise: Experience with analog/mixed signal ICs and GaN technology is a plus.
  • Education: B.S. in Electrical Engineering required; M.S. preferred. Advanced degrees in Physics or Applied Physics will be considered based on relevant experience.



Comp: $120-180K base salary plus comprehensive total rewards package that includes equity, medical benefits, ESPP, 401K, tuition reimbursement and time off programs
