Job Description:


  • Schedule regular preventive maintenance
  • Manage vendors and outside contractors
  • Address machinery downtime concerns
  • Oversee parts ordering and stock room inventory
  • Responsible for Food Safety, Food Defense and all OSHA safety measures
  • Hire, train and manage all technicians
  • Communicate with suppliers and obtain external quotes regularly
  • Work alongside with line leads to improve daily efficiencies
  • Communicates with the Plant Engineering Manager for plant operations and needs


Position Requirements:


  • Must understand Blow Mold procedures
  • Must have a strong Mechanical and Electrical background
  • Working knowledge of basic production machinery, welding and basic electrical skills
  • Understand the PO ordering system and must be able to process credit card purchases and statements
  • Must have a strong safety perspective
  • Must be a good coach and mentor with strong integrity
