Overview

The Recruiting Coordinator/Recruiter-in-Training will be responsible for providing administrative, onboarding and logistics support to the Industrial recruiting teams across all 4 ETS offices. This position is a core concept learning block before transitioning into a full-time recruiting role. This position reports directly to the appropriate Industrial Team Lead.


Recruiting Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all industrial candidate onboarding activities and assist candidates with onboarding when needed
  • Establish and write compelling job advertisements for ETS website and job boards for maximal applicant traffic and post to appropriate job boards
  • Conduct candidate reference checks. Use reference checks as a source of outbound ETS service awareness to area employers
  • New-age recruiter branding: Continually research and stay current on recruitment digital marketing best practices.
  • Assist the ETS Industrial team with tasks such as drug screen coordination, candidate resume help, job advertising, interviewing prep, testing setups
  • Provide phone and walk-in support as needed
  • Other administrative and recruitment tasks as needed


Recruiter-In-Training Components:

  • Participate in active recruiter shadowing, including screenings, client meetings, applicable phone calls, etc.
  • Participate in all internal recruiter meetings
  • Become familiar with all ETS clients including the culture and atmosphere of job sites
  • Participate in business & community events on your own and as directed
  • Become familiar with recruiter metrics


Recruiting Coordinator Must-Haves:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Above-average business writing skills
  • Proficient in basic technical components: typing, Microsoft Office, Google suite
  • Willingness to use telephone for 5+ hours daily
  • Highly motivated, independent team player mentality
