Your Role:

  • RICO and Insurance Fraud Litigation: Engage in complex litigation involving accusations of insurance fraud committed by firms, medical professionals, and other entities. Manage cases from start to finish, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trials.
  • Employment Disputes: Represent clients in a wide range of employment litigation matters, including workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour claims.
  • Client Advisory: Work directly with clients to navigate RICO-related claims, providing insightful guidance on strategy and litigation risks in groundbreaking legal areas.


Who You Are:

  • Experienced Litigator: 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation with a strong interest in RICO and insurance fraud cases.
  • Strategic Mindset: Detail-oriented, strategic thinker who can handle complex legal issues with a proactive approach.
  • NJ Bar Admission: Admitted to practice in New Jersey with a commitment to high standards and a passion for impactful litigation.
