Pay Rate : $40/hr. -$45/hr.


Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As our clients' primary point of contact, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing client relationships, identifying staffing needs, and delivering customized solutions. You will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction, generate new business, and drive account growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in account management within the staffing industry, including experience handling enterprise Managed Service Provider (MSP) accounts and waste management & light industrial clients


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary liaison for clients, developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

• Strategic Account Growth:

Build strategies to expand existing accounts, identifying opportunities to offer additional services and solutions. Leverage relationships to drive growth within MSP accounts and light industrial sectors.

• Staffing Solutions:

Identify and assess clients' staffing needs, collaborating with the recruitment team to provide tailored solutions that align with business objectives.

• Performance Monitoring:

Oversee the performance of placements, ensuring client expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Address any concerns and provide continuous support to ensure client satisfaction.

• New Business Development:

Proactively seek new business opportunities, expanding the client base through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities

• Cross-Selling and Upselling:

Identify additional staffing and service needs to generate more business from existing clients, including MSPs. Leverage existing relationships to expand service offerings.

Strategic Account Planning:

Develop and execute account plans to achieve business objectives, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to senior management.

Industry Knowledge:

Stay current on staffing industry trends, market changes, and regulatory developments. Use this knowledge to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.

• Networking and Engagement:

Actively participate in industry networking events, conferences, and other activities to build a strong pipeline of potential clients and candidates.


Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management within the staffing industry.

• Proven track record of managing client relationships and growing accounts.

• Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and waste management or light industrial clients is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of the staffing industry, including the ability to create customized staffing solutions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify business trends and drive growth.

• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time to meet clients and support business development efforts.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other business applications.

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
