Skills Required:

**Civil Construction Experience**: With 6+ years under your belt working directly on-site in diverse environments-your seasoned expertise will be invaluable from day one.

**Concrete Expertise**: Your hands-on knowledge handling concrete-related tasks forms a cornerstone skill that ensures project integrity and durability.

**Paving Proficiency**: Piloting complex paving assignments demonstrates not just technical know-how but also adeptness in creating smooth operational runways or surfaces essential for this role's success within aviation worksites.

**Excavation Acumen:** Precision during digging undertakings prevents structural issues down the line-an acute attention-to-detail here proves crucial for our long-term objectives

-6+ yrs experience in civil construction in the field. Primarily in concrete, paving, excavation, embankment, sub-grade improvements, underground, cast-in-place, and bridge & wall
