We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Manager for multiple market. The Field Manager will supervise the construction and deployment of cell sites in collaboration with partners. This role requires expertise in site construction, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of 4G/5G hardware and software systems. The Field Manager will oversee partner installation activities and ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and requirement


Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Installation:

  • Oversee installation of 4G/5G antennas, mounting hardware, RF fiber, AC/DC power cables, and associated connections.
  • Manage the installation and integration of radio cabinets, telecommunications equipment, and DC power systems.
  • Monitor the use of construction and telecommunications tools, including bucket trucks and aerial lifts.

Site Construction & Safety:

  • Conduct site walks and ensure compliance with all safety regulations (OSHA, local guidelines).
  • Validate technical site surveys, scoping packages, and bills of materials.
  • Ensure quality and standards are met throughout implementation and acceptance processes.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

  • Support troubleshooting of RF and fiber optic cables and connections.
  • Handle installation, commissioning, operations, and maintenance of telecommunications cabinets and network nodes.
  • Coordinate equipment repairs and returns.

Project Coordination:

  • Manage supplier activities, including crew schedules, rollout capacity, payments, and safety compliance.
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate project activity reports.
  • Approve change requests and review site acceptance documentation.


Skills and Experience Requirements:

Mandatory:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in network rollout or wireless industry.
  • Expertise in site construction, commissioning, and integration of telecommunications equipment.
  • Knowledge of RAN, RF, microwave transmission, and fiber optic systems.
  • Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Experience with T-Mobile projects.

Additional Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with antennae and RF configuration.
  • Electrical training and safe connection practices.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents such as blueprints and manufacturer specifications.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
