We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and versatile technician to join our team. This job is ideal for a technician with a broad interest in various technologies used in business settings and likes to learn. This is a hands-on job, and technician will be primarily working at customer job sites, not in the office. The technician will be responsible for installing and maintaining security systems, a/v systems, and other related technologies.

The primary duties will include:

  • Installation of Structured Cabling Systems per industry standard (EIA/TIA, BICSI)
  • Installation of Fiber Optic Cabling/Splicing
  • Installation of Audio/Video Systems

  • Installation of Security Systems including cameras, sensors, access control, and other similar equipment

  • Provide training to customers on how to use the security systems effectively
  • Maintain and service security systems as needed

 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

• Lift and carry up to 80lbs

• Climb ladders up to 28’

• Work in Attics and other limited-space areas

• Bend, Kneel, Crouch and Stand for long periods of time

• Participate in Team meetings providing updated information of open tickets/projects.
