Compensation:
- $15 Per Hour + Commission

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage with small to medium-sized businesses to offer alternative financing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend the best financing options available.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Continuously prospect new leads through networking, cold-calling, and referrals.
- Work closely with the sales team to collaborate on strategies to close deals and increase revenue.
- Effectively communicate and present financing solutions to potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to better position our offerings.
- Attend in-office meetings, trainings, and development sessions.

Requirements:
- Must live in or around Lexington, Ky.
