Our OR department features 16 operating rooms, including 4 open-heart suites, 2 hybrid ORs, 3 robotic rooms, 1 eye room, and a dedicated trauma team. We perform 40-50 surgeries daily, offering a dynamic, fast-paced environment that encourages growth and professional development.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:
Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
Must remain in original department/specialty
Must remain in original Job Title
Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
One year of RN experience in the Operating Room or successful completion of Scripps' peri-operative training program or an approved external peri- operative training program
· California Registered Nurse License
· Current American Heart Association BLS provider certification
· Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English
· Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors.
· Registered Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing
Preferred
· Bachelor's degree in nursing
· Experience in general, robotics, trauma, orthopedic and gynecological surgeries
· Trauma experience
· CNOR
