What your day will look like:

  • Oversee and coordinate all activities and personnel related to Engineering, Automation, and Maintenance.
  • Prioritize and organize daily tasks and responsibilities for Engineering, Automation, and Maintenance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all associated departments.
  • Plan and oversee all new launch activities pertaining to Engineering.
  • Manage labor utilization rates and percentages.
  • Collaborate and communicate with other managers, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Develop comprehensive plans, processes, and procedures for the Engineering and Automation teams.


What we are looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as leader in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing methods
  • Experience in Automation, Machining and Maintenance
  • Project implementation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities in a high-volume automotive Engineering, Automation and Maintenance departments
