We currently have an exciting career opportunity in our Finance team for a Finance Engagement Assistant based out of our Charlotte office in a hybrid capacity.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. YOUR ROLE. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Time Entry Changes.
  • Reporting.
  • Data changes in the ERP system.
  • Support the client set up process for any accounts that cannot be handled by the offshore team (SAP).
  • Generate proformas (Elite).
  • Pulling invoice copies.
  • Respond to basic client inquiries.
  • Assist with distribution of client statements.
  • Assist with research of client payments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

YOUR EXPERIENCE. 

The successful candidate will have:

  • 1+ years of work experience with data entry.
  • Able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Must be a self-starter with ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience with SAP S4Hana a plus.
  • Experience with ticketing systems a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to function as a member of a team to accomplish group objectives.
