This position is contingent based on contract award.

Responsibilities
  1. Principal site representative in all matters pertaining to the Task Order.
  2. Collects/reports metrics, manages scope, prioritizes work and resources while acting as the identified contact for the Government to manage metrics, reports, briefings, and other means of communication Task Order requirements.
  3. Responsible for the design, implementation and performance of projects or tasks in accordance with Task Order requirements.
  4. Plans, coordinates and supervises all Task Order activities and assigned personnel within the AOR.
  5. Ensures completion and timely submission of required tasks and deliverables as outlined in this PWS.
  6. Ensures sufficient coverage of contractor personnel in each task area to meet deliverables and tasks.
  7. Provides project management support/oversight of all projects.
  8. Coordinates with the PMO and COR on Task Order requirements and concerns as needed.
  9. Develops and implements project schedules.
  10. Directs and supervises resources for the performance of project assignments and activities.
  11. Responsible for personnel, finance, training, supply systems and support services necessary for specific site requirements.
  12. Manages subcontractors and vendors providing services and materials.
  13. Optimizes operating results in terms of cost, methods, personnel and implements quality assurance program directives.
  14. Manages Task Order performance through effective leadership of the site, to include compliance with quality and safety/environmental standards.
  15. Completes site visits to ensure contractor personnel at outlying sites are completing tasks/deliverables as outlined in this PWS.
  16. Responsible for ensuring all site personnel adhere to host nation standards of conduct.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management or related field from an accredited university/college with ten years’ experience of successful managerial experience on DoD projects or Major Certification plus 14 years of recent specialized experience of military or civilian equivalent operations as it pertains to maintenance, integration, installation, engineering/facility/SCIF and logistics support.
  2. Demonstrated leadership in successfully managing complex projects with large number of personnel, equipment and mission support operations required.
  3. Knowledge of practical application of information operations for military operations.
  4. Skilled in operations, logistics, and resource management.
  5. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
  6. Excellent leadership, decision-making, verbal/written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Knowledge of configuration management, quality assurance, integrated logistics, engineering/facility/SCIF, warehousing, materiel management, and maintenance activities.
  8. Skilled briefer.
  9. Fluent in the English language including the ability to read and write.
  10. US Citizen. Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704. Some positions or assignments may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially those requiring access to TDN2.
