Job summary

Perform various functions related to the set-up, make ready, and tear down of winding operation. Involves hands on mechanical work to include but not limited to the following operations. Prep counter shields, make stick and tube assemblies, pre-load spacers, assemble vertical wind outs, bend, burn, anneal, clean, and wrap leads, remove coils from winding machine and up-end. Fill out any required paperwork. Keep work area safe, neat and clean.


TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT: Fork Lifts, Hand Dolly, hydraulic lift, ladders, scaffolding, smoke eater, cranes, coil up-ender, band saws, power shears, sanders, planer, cut-off saw, torches, induction brazer, hand tools, power tools, hydraulics, measuring devices, rollers, and cylinder horn.
