Transformer Technician

We are seeking a skilled Transformer Technician to join our team at Pennsylvania Transformer Technology LLC.
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing transformer units. Your attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will ensure the highest quality products meet our customers' needs.
This is a hands-on role that requires the use of various tools and equipment, including cranes, forklifts, power tools, and hydraulic equipment. You will work collaboratively with other technicians to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities- Assemble core and coil assemblies according to specifications
- Install and connect internal and external accessories
- Adjust units to proper clearance
- Perform unit testing and prepare for shipping
- Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work area
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- On-the-job training
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Good physical health and stamina
The estimated salary for this position is between $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
