Position Overview:
The Multi-Family Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of large garden-style multi-family construction projects in South Florida. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing similar projects in this region, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site operations for large garden-style multi-family projects in South Florida.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure seamless execution of construction phases.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Monitor quality control and adherence to building specifications through regular inspections.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, architects, and other stakeholders to meet all project requirements.
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a positive job site environment, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large garden-style multi-family projects.
- Demonstrated experience working on projects in South Florida (required).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse project teams.
- Deep knowledge of multi-family construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in construction management software and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
