Your Impact

As our Solution Architect, you’ll bridge the gap between our customers, our product, and the market. You’ll be the linchpin connecting technical stakeholders, product teams, and our global community of thousands of engaged VSCode extension users—listening, advocating, and translating feedback into impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do

  1. Win Hearts and Minds: Deliver technical pitches and demos that turn curious prospects into enthusiastic customers.
  2. Design and Execute POCs: Guide proof-of-concepts from start to success, proving out measurable value and ROI.
  3. Community Engagement: Act as the primary interface for our thousands of global users, collecting feedback and turning user insights into actionable improvements.
  4. Hands-On Customer Onboarding: Work side-by-side with new customers, ensuring smooth rollouts and immediate wins.
  5. Drive Expansion: Increase product usage within existing customers and identify upsell opportunities.

Who You Are

  1. Data Infra Maven: 4+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (Solutions Architect, Professional Services Engineer, Consultant) within the data infrastructure ecosystem.
  2. Tech Ecosystem Savvy: Comfortable with dbt, SQL, Snowflake, and other key components of the modern data stack.
  3. Master Communicator: You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for all audiences.
  4. Go-Getter Attitude: Passion, persistence, and a “make-it-happen” mindset.
  5. (Bonus) Startup Experience: Been at a Series A or B startup before? Perfect—you know how to thrive in dynamic environments.
  6. (Bonus) Additional Tooling Knowledge: More familiarity with modern data platforms means more ways to elevate our customers.
