Role Overview:

The Clinical Research Coordinator will play a vital role in the coordination and execution of clinical research studies. The CRC will collaborate closely with Principal Investigators, physicians, and the study team to ensure the smooth operation and success of various clinical trials.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify patient eligibility and support the enrollment process for clinical trials.
  • Manage recruitment activities, both in person and over the phone.
  • Handle protocol-specific consenting processes with participants.
  • Collect, process, and ship participant specimens, including blood draws.
  • Maintain high-quality research data with precision and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Support community outreach initiatives and serve as a liaison.
  • Manage regulatory tasks, including IRB submissions, protocol modifications, and site visit preparation.
  • Apply Quality Improvement Standards to enhance team practices.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Windows applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of related experience.
  • Previous experience in a clinical environment.
