Key Responsibilities:
- Lead First-Chair Trials: Command asbestos litigation cases from discovery through to verdict.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with Chris Campbell and other top-tier attorneys.
- Comprehensive Case Management: Oversee all aspects of case management, from inception to resolution.
- Expert Deposition & Motion Practice: Utilize extensive experience in depositions, motion drafting, and argumentation, as well as mediation, to deliver favorable results.
Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of civil defense litigation and trial experience in asbestos, products liability, environmental, or toxic torts.
- Must have asbestos experience.
- Proven track record of managing complex cases both independently and as part of a team.
- In-depth experience with California’s legal environment, particularly in asbestos products liability.
- A solid background in insurance defense is a significant advantage.
- Must be a California resident with a California bar license in good standing.
