As a “Product Manager” you will be pivotal to creating the product capability roadmap that is futuristic and meets industry and client needs. You will be responsible for maximizing the product and business value through continuous backlog management, prioritizing the backlog considering the needs and objectives of every stakeholder. You will support business pursuit initiatives, client trainings and demos. You will have the opportunity to shape the Infosys Helix platform that enables payers and providers to deliver better care.

Mandatory: 10+ years of healthcare experience or 5+ years of product management experience. Expertise in one or more payer functions – Product, Member, Provider, Contracting, Claims, Quality, Risk Adjustment, HEDIS, Care Management.


Hands on experience working with

  • Payer/ Provider/ PBM organization
  • Product Management/Product Engineering /Healthcare Operations
  • Industry leading Claims, Billing or EHR systems.
  • Open-ended business problems and providing results-oriented strategies to solve complex problems
  • Market Analysis and Product fitment
  • Plan Sponsor & Product, Enrollment & Billing, Provider Data Management, Provider Network Management, Claims, Encounters, Medicare and Marketplace Risk Adjustment
  • US Government Program Line of Business - Medicare, Medicaid, Duals, Marketplace
  • End to end ownership of a feature/ epic right implementing vision & roadmap till implementation
  • Feature prioritization, designs, and specifications
  • Working with scrum teams, product analysts
  • Communicating and facilitating architecture design discussions/decisions and impacts to key stakeholders
  • Working on minimum viable products, experience on pivots based on market, technical feedback.
  • Agile Product Development Methodology
  • Ability to work with distributed teams in India and US


Competencies

  • Create business case, and competitive analysis.
  • Drive the product roadmap for a capability/feature. Identify the product’s defining features/specifications and manage the product backlog (epics, features, and user stories) that will define product delivery priorities and timeline.
  • Lead the team to deliver a finished product by working closely with customer stakeholders, platform engineering, data scientists, and other stakeholders in an agile environment.
  • Influence the planning and prioritization of the work being done.
  • Thorough understanding of Healthcare Domain Entities and their relationships.
  • Create Journey Maps that re-imagine/re-define the healthcare problematic process areas
  • Drive experimentation by working with design on prototypes and user research.
  • Participate in Scrum Planning ceremonies and lead refinement sessions as needed
  • Collaborate with the customer stakeholders to align on priorities and validate product fitment to client needs.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs, usage of a feature and design the feature to cater to multiple clients.
  • Support Product Sales and Marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with appropriate and logical structuring of thought process during problem solving and discussions/presentations.
  • Prior healthcare experience with experience in data management best practices and data analytics
  • Strong analytical ability with exposure to data science and automation
  • Ability to work within a virtual global team environment.
  • Contribute to a collaborative culture that embraces inclusivity and diversity.
  • Has a proactive can-do attitude.
