Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Human Resources Associate (Temp)to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both Korean and English and will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate input and maintenance of employee information in our HR system. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate administrative activities related to HR data management to ensure accuracy and maintain confidentiality.
- Input and update employee information in the HR system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Manage and organize HR records and documentation, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Review and verify HR data, addressing and correcting discrepancies as needed.
- Support the HR team by generating reports and summaries related to employee data.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR data and resolve any related issues promptly.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and assisting with HR tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor's degree required preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role preferred;
- Experience handling confidential information is a plus.
- Bilingual in Korean/ English is required.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry
- Highly organized, efficient, with excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
