We’re seeking a highly motivated and versatile Chief of Staff for a V.I.E. program (Volontariat International en Entreprise) to join our dynamic US team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the success of our Americas operations by leveraging data to inform product strategies, managing cross-functional projects, and collaborating closely with the General Manager.

This role is based in Boston, MA, and is under an 18-month V.I.E. contract.

Missions:

  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of Dolead’s data for the American market by implementing and maintaining robust data processes and insights.
  • Create and maintain clean, actionable visualizations in tools like Looker to drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends and deliver insights to guide business forecasts, budget planning, and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with North America Leadership Team to develop actionable strategies for scaling operations and driving business growth in the Americas.
  • Act as a critical liaison across continents, bridging EMEA and NAM teams, and aligning data, product, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional projects.
  • Support sales and customer success teams with impactful data insights to optimize campaign performance and drive customer satisfaction.

Profile:

  • First experience (1-2 years) in data analytics and/or project management roles.
  • Knowledge in business analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical mindset and performance-oriented approach to solving complex problems.
  • Proactive, creative, and data-driven mindset
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong attention to details
  • Good communication skills

VIE Criteria:

  • Age: 18 to 28 years old
  • European Economic Area citizenship
  • Limited prior residency in the USA (less than 6 months in the last 12 months)
