What You’ll Do:


-Configure & Maintain 🛠️: Manage and administer our enterprise applications to align with business needs.

-Access Management 🔑: Control user roles and permissions, ensuring security and data integrity across all platforms.

-Customize Applications 🎨: Tailor systems to meet business requirements while adhering to industry standards.

-Technical Support 💻: Troubleshoot issues and provide stellar support to users, keeping everything running smoothly.

-Collaborate with Vendors 🤝: Work closely with software vendors to execute upgrades, patches, and new module rollouts.

-Documentation Guru 📚: Develop user guides and SOPs that facilitate effective training and change management.

-Process Optimization ⚙️: Partner with business users to identify gaps and continuously improve processes.

-Production Issue Resolution 🚨: Address production issues using our ITSM tool, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and service tickets.

-Testing Support ✅: Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing to confirm solutions meet business needs.

-Integration Specialist 🔗: Support seamless integration between our applications and other internal/external systems.

-Project Participation 📊: Engage in application projects from requirement gathering to execution, translating business needs into system functionalities.

-Be a Self-Starter 🌈: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking on responsibilities beyond your core role.


What We’re Looking For:


-Education 🎓: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience.

-Experience ⏳: 3-10 years managing, configuring, and administering software applications in a related industry.

-Regulatory Knowledge 🛡️: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices.

-Problem-Solver 🧩: Excellent business process analysis and redesign skills with the ability to identify and solve problems quickly.

-Team Player 🤗: Experience collaborating with management and staff in a team-based environment.

-Flexible & Adaptable 🌊: Ability to work independently and manage competing demands with ease.
