Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Office Assistant for a construction and home services company based in Mission Viejo
Location: Mission Veijo, CA
Job Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Mon-Fri
Scope of the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, front desk management, and client focused.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.
* Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
* Calendar management and scheduling.
*Order entry and processing.
* Organize and maintain files, document organization and data entry into online databases.
* Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, restocking inventory.
* Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred (NOT required).
* 1+ years of office or administrative assistant experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks or equivalent experience.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
