We are looking for an engaging HR Representative to support our Manufacturing locations and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations. This role will focus on maintaining employee records, supporting benefits administration, and enhancing employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a dedication to fostering a positive workplace environment.


The Exciting Things You Will Do:

  • Create and maintain accurate employee records, gathering all relevant documentation and key details.
  • Support the maintenance of HR department policies and programs.
  • Answer employee questions about benefits and compensation options and assist in benefits administration.
  • Provide new hires with appropriate paperwork and details about their new roles.
  • Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and other required reporting.
  • Structure compensation packages for local competitiveness.
  • Manage staff wellness initiatives to support employee well-being.
  • Improve relations between staff and employers, fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Evaluate staffing needs and make strategic recommendations.
  • Engage with local leadership to provide ongoing HR support.

  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy and compliance.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee records management and employee relations.
  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems is a plus.
