Field Services Associate Job Description:
As a Field Services Associate, you will be the key liaison between our maintenance team and our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently communicate with maintenance technicians to ensure all maintenance requests are handled promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks to support our operations.

Field Services Associate Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and communicate maintenance requests with field technicians.
  • Track and manage work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Use Yardi software to process, update, and maintain service requests.
  • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist in maintaining records of maintenance activities and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Field Services Representative Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within property management or facilities maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Yardi software is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
