We are on the hunt for a super talented Casino Dealer who is passionate about delivering a memorable and outstanding Casino experience. This someone will be a natural at providing our Sailors with the utmost care and attention. This hand-on role requires you to be inviting and professional. The lucky crew member selected for this role will be a natural leader, and will be responsible for providing an exciting table experience for the guests that visit our Casino. In other words, this someone needs to know how to Make Ship Happen. Your excellent attention to detail and self-starter mentality means you can think quick on your feet and keep calm when ship gets real. Ultimately, we won't be able to remember how we got by without you.

What You'll be Up To:

• Maintain positive Sailor relations at all times
• Responsible for dealing at table games in a non-intimidating, friendly and professional manner whilst adhering to company rules and regulations
• Required to provide a positive first impression to every Sailor and where possible aims to recognize them by name
• Assists Sailor's by providing knowledge and guidance on Casino services, products and activities
• Be familiar with all cruise services/features and activations to respond to Sailor inquiries accurately
• Extend courteous salutations when guests leave outlet and invite them to return
• Regularly communicates with Sailors in the Casino to try to lead them to increase their use of the Casino Operation
• Refers any disputes or disagreements within their area to the Casino Manager and seeks to resolve Partakes in inspections, trainings and meetings as required by Head of Department
• Ensures that the set standards are kept and staff members work according to their respective job descriptions
• Adheres to all health, safety, security and environmental policies and procedures
• Maintain positive Sailor relations at all times

Superpowers Required:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Dealer in a Casino onboard a Cruise ship or a Casino ashore
• Passionate about people and able to handle guest complaints with a smile
• All certificates as required by the STCW code for this position
• Knows how to juggle\'85 well, multitask
