We have a rare opening for a Digital Marketing Automation Coordinator at our Fishers Store Support Center. The Digital Marketing Automation Coordinator oversees our email marketing, website, mobile app, and CRM platforms. This role creates and implements automated marketing journeys and digital advertising campaigns to drive new business and subscription member growth and retention. The Digital Marketing Automation Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Planning and executing digital campaigns with the goal of driving traffic to our Midwest locations and online via the web and mobile app.
  • Build and oversee campaigns that drive subscription membership and increase lifetime value (LTV) among members.
  • Manage the relationship with our digital agency
  • Oversee all digital channels, including email, SMS, social and search
  • Leverage data, technology, and customer insights to improve campaign performance.
