No drama, just good people working together How You'll Make an Impact Solder electronic components, wires, and parts onto printed circuit boards to meet IPC standards (IPC-610). Assemble microcircuits and fine components using microscopes. Incorporate engineering changes into new and existing products at the board level. Record production activity into a database.
