Position Overview:
As the HR Admin, you will be a key player in supporting the HR team and ensuring smooth operations across various HR functions. Your role will include administrative tasks related to recruitment, employee records, benefits administration, and more. If you're a proactive individual with a passion for people and organization, this position is for you
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Support the management of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other perks.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other employee development programs.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist with payroll processing and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Handle employee performance review documentation and related administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in HR or office administration.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
