  • Work directly with client program sponsors to set the goals of the initiative as well as plans to ensure the program is successful.

  • Develop and execute regular status reporting and ad-hoc senior management presentations for program sponsors, steering committees, and working groups.
  • Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to provide strategic guidance, improve client performance, and drive deeper understanding of client issues.
  • Build new solutions, toolkits, best practice documents, and consulting approaches that can be applied across Capco’s Finance, Risk, and Compliance practice.
  • Identify incremental sales opportunities while managing project delivery.
  • Develop thought leadership content, take a leadership role in proposal responses, and participate in client pitches.

What You’ll Bring with You:

  • 5+ years of risk management and/or regulatory experience within capital markets; experience working within financial services consulting preferred.
  • Solid understanding of financial markets and various capital markets products; specific experience with securitized products, securities lending, and/or US treasury trading/financing products preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory topics pertaining to capital markets, particularly SEC, CFTC, and FINRA rules.
  • Self-starter who can work under pressure, using your own initiative to meet deadlines and see tasks through to completion.
  • Able to operate independently and use sound judgment when interacting with senior risk clients.
  • Excellent communicator and influencer, with the ability to build relationships at all levels from a range of departments and business areas.
  • Highly organized, able to drive projects and simultaneously prioritize individual tasks.
  • Ability to drive completion of project deliverables that exceed client expectations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
