Required Experience
  • Asphalt Expertise: 5+ years of experience managing asphalt paving operations within heavy civil construction.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and coordinate paving crews, subcontractors, and support teams effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of asphalt paving processes, materials, and equipment, including compaction, grading, and surface preparation.
  • Project Oversight: Experience in planning, scheduling, and executing large-scale paving projects.
  • Safety and Quality Compliance: Demonstrated ability to enforce safety protocols and ensure strict adherence to project specifications and standards.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field staff to achieve project objectives.
  • Equipment Proficiency: Familiarity with paving machinery such as pavers, rollers, and milling machines.
