Our client (in the ultra luxury hospitality and travel space), is looking for a Sr, Director - Creative. As the Senior Director of Creative, you will serve as a visionary leader, shaping the brand's creative direction. You will oversee the internal creative team and collaborate with external vendors to ensure the brand's voice, imagery, and storytelling are seamlessly executed across all channels.
- FTE Role, Hybrid (2 days, Tuesday + Thursday) in Fort Lauderdale
Responsibilities:
- Guide the creative team in crafting innovative concepts that embody the brand voice and storytelling.
- Oversee the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring design, messaging, and brand expression remain cohesive across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and growth teams to produce creative solutions that achieve business objectives, elevate brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and uphold the highest standards of luxury, innovation, and consistency.
- Cultivate a culture of creativity, innovation, and teamwork within the creative team, encouraging the exploration of fresh ideas and design methodologies.
- Provide strategic guidance during campaign planning to ensure creative work aligns with marketing goals and broader brand strategies.
- Work with external creative agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality outputs that reflect the organization's luxury standards.
- Deeply understand the brand and translate it into cohesive, impactful creative strategies that connect with the target audience.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Creative Director or senior creative leader, with a focus on luxury, hospitality, or premium consumer brands.
- Skilled storyteller, adept at developing creative strategies that deeply connect with and engage luxury audiences.
- Proven ability to lead a cross-functional creative team and manage external agencies and vendors to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Expertise in design, art direction, and creative development, with a keen understanding of current trends in luxury and digital media.
- Ability to handle multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising creative quality.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience presenting creative concepts to senior leadership and working across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Creative Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
