Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Creative Strategist (Social) to lead our social media campaign efforts in West Fort Lauderdale. This is an on-site role, and you will be responsible for conceiving unique and impactful creative concepts that set the brand apart and engage the target audience.

About the Role:

  • Creative Ideation: Develop innovative campaign ideas across various sectors, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
  • Media Mix Assessment: Assess and recommend the ideal media mix and social platform distribution for optimal campaign effectiveness.
  • Campaign Execution: Offer clear direction to creative and creator teams to ensure alignment with the campaign's strategic vision.
  • Brand Storytelling: Develop engaging and emotionally resonant brand narratives that connect deeply with consumers.
  • Messaging Development: Formulate key messaging and positioning that clearly conveys the brand's value proposition.
  • Market Research: Leverage consumer insights and market research to guide creative decisions and enhance campaign strategies.
  • Presentation Skills: Produce and present compelling presentations to stakeholders, detailing the strategic logic behind campaign ideas.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless translation of creative concepts into executed campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

  • A portfolio deck of creative strategy work.
  • 4+ years of experience leading creative strategy for social media campaigns for a notable consumer brand.
  • Proven experience in creative strategy and social media marketing for a notable brand.
  • Adept at navigating the complexities of developing creative ideas and strategies for diverse brands.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations that captivate and engage audiences.
  • Excellent writing abilities, with a strong emphasis on producing high-quality content regularly.
  • Keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Proactive approach with a strong bias for action to enhance team performance.
  • Skilled in creating organizational structures and processes where none exist.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Highly proficient in using Google Slides and PowerPoint.
