A top ranked company within the Financial/Professional Services industry is seeking an experienced Technology Analyst to join their team This person will support internal associates from a variety of locations on Tier 1 hardware/software troubleshooting and escalate additional concerns to Tier 2-3 team members.


What you bring to the table:

  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network related issues
  • Ability to work together with team members as well as independently
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of technologies, mostly Windows based
  • Ability to mentor junior team members
  • Exceptional customer support skills, both deskside and remote


Experience needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar required
  • CompTIA A+ certification or related a plus
  • 3+ years of industry knowledge
  • Experience in Active Directory and Office 365
